Photoshop Animation

                                                                                                                                            

For this animation I used Photoshop.

• Created a new layer for each lettter or word that is animated
• Added animation layers to each letter or word that appears animated
• Hid and made visible different layers when I wanted them to appear on the animation
• Each animated layer is .5 seconds long
• Used different typography to add contrast and various use of colors for aesthetic appeal

                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Flash Animation

For this animation I used Adobe Flash

• Created five layers
• Each layers has a different element, one for each of the lines, one for the logo and one for the quote
• Anmiated the lines so they would appear to flow cohesively
• Used the alpha property on the logo to make it fade in and used a classic tween and then again to fade out using a classic tween
• Again used the alpha property and a classic tween to create the fade in of the James Madison Quote
